ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once we have received and confirmed your order, we will send as soon as possible an order confirmation to your e-mail. It includes information about your order. Always check your confirmation and contact The Terrace immediately if you have any questions.

If you wish to change an order, in retrospect it can be hard when your goods are packed and shipped as soon as payment is received. Contact The Terrace with your question so we can see if we can help you!

DELIVERY POINT

The package is always delivered to the nearest collection point. Once the package has arrived at your delivery point you will get an SMS or email notification which you along with identification need for collecting the order.

Depending on the collection point you can also use your tracking number to redeem your order.

DELAYS IN DELIVERY

Delivery time is usually 1-5 ​​working days from the order date.

If delivery is delayed from what has been promised, please contact us immediately so we can investigate why the delivery is delayed. If you wish to cancel the delayed product, please contact our customer service. The Terrace does not accept responsibility for any harm that come as a result of delayed delivery.

All transport is done by DHL Express, PostNord and Budbee.

UNCLAIMED PACKET

For all packets that are not picked up will be charged a fee of SEK 200. The fee covers the costs of processing fee, return shipping and handling. Payment terms are 30 days. If you change your mind when the package was sent from us, you must pick up the package at your delivery point and send it back to us. If the package is not picked up, it will be automatically registered as non-claimed and will be charged accordingly.

Clothing may be tested, but not used. Return and exchange law does not apply to underwear. All labels must remain on the goods. All merchandise being returned must be packed in bag or carton.

For the return to be approved, the returned item must be in substantially unaltered. The item should be properly sealed , preferably in their original packaging with the associated inner packaging and along with any accessories , transport damage due to faulty packaging will be charged to your account. Put no address labels directly on the packaging but add the original box in another box.

We prefer that you provide reason for the return , and return the product together with the invoice (or a copy of the invoice, front and back) this speeds up the handling out your return.

You must pay for return postage. Returns must be sent as corporate packages to Terrace AB, Malmskillnadsgatan 42, 111 57 Stockholm .

FORCE MAJEURE

Terrace AB is exempt from sanction for failure to perform any obligation under this Agreement if such failure is due to release factor as described below and the circumstance prevents , hinders or delays the performance . As the liberating factor to be considered including government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict , embargo , fire, flood , sabotage, accident , major or other type of natural disaster. The force majeure includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products , such as restrictions indication , warnings, bans , etc., abnormal decline in the market and the company appointed to criminal activity that affects the business.

THE LAW ON DISTANCE SELLING IS APPLICABLE

Terrace AB follows the Swedish law on distance selling.
