I made a mistake. Can I update my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update it before it is processed, but once the order has been shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
We can only cancel orders if they haven't been processed yet. Contact us immediately, and we’ll check if cancellation is still possible. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to return it once you receive it.
How can I check the status of my order?

The item I want is sold out. Can I pre-order it?
Currently, we do not offer pre-orders. However, some of our limited pieces may be restocked. We recommend signing up for restock notifications on the product page or following us on Instagram @theterracestockholm for updates.
Payment questions
How do I apply a discount code at checkout?
You can enter your discount code in the designated field at checkout before completing your purchase. Only one code can be applied per order, and some exclusions may apply.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email after payment. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still don’t see it, please contact us with your name and order details, and we’ll assist you.

How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide to help you find the perfect fit. We also offer a True to Size feature under the buy button, showing how the item fits based on customer feedback. Additionally, we display the model’s height and the size they are wearing for reference.
Where are your products designed and made?
Our products are designed in Sweden and crafted in Portugal, ensuring high-quality materials and ethical production practices.
I’m not happy with my order. What are my options?
If you're not satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the item is unworn, in original condition, and has all tags attached. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

What’s your return process, and how can I get a refund?

Submit a return request
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
- You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
- The item must be unused, with the original tag attached, so we can resell it.
- If possible, return it in the original packaging. If unavailable, use similar protective packaging.
- The return must be shipped within 30 days of receiving your return label.
Follow these steps
- Log in to your account by entering your email address and clicking "Continue." Open the email from us, copy the six-digit verification code, and enter it on the website
- Click "Request return" for the order you want to return.
- If your order contains multiple items, select the products you wish to return
- Choose a return reason and add a note for the store
- Click "Request return" to submit your return request.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
If approved, you can choose between:
- A refund to your original payment method (minus the return fee).
- Terrace Credits – Store credit that you can use towards a future purchase.
- The return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Yes, you can exchange an item for a different size or colour if it’s available. Request a return here.
I returned my order, but my refund hasn’t been processed. What now?
Once we receive your return, we inspect the item before issuing a refund. This process can take a few business days. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or payment provider, then contact us for further assistance.
Can I return multiple orders in one package?
Yes, as long as all items meet the return conditions. Include all order numbers in your return request and pack the items securely together.
Shipping questions
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also check the tracking status through your account on our website and here: Track Your Order.
Can I change the delivery method after placing my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot change the delivery method. If you have an urgent request, contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
How long does shipping take, and what are the costs?
