Submit a return request

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • The item must be unused, with the original tag attached, so we can resell it.
  • If possible, return it in the original packaging. If unavailable, use similar protective packaging.
  • The return must be shipped within 30 days of receiving your return label.

Follow these steps

  1. Log in to your account by entering your email address and clicking "Continue." Open the email from us, copy the six-digit verification code, and enter it on the website
  2. Click "Request return" for the order you want to return.
  3. If your order contains multiple items, select the products you wish to return
  4. Choose a return reason and add a note for the store
  5. Click "Request return" to submit your return request.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

If approved, you can choose between:

  • A refund to your original payment method (minus the return fee).
  • Terrace Credits – Store credit that you can use towards a future purchase.
  • The return fee will be deducted from your refund.
